I started doing weddings more than 25 years ago.
Yeah.
A while.
Reason was, I HATED my wedding. When I got married (even longer ago) I had no idea what I was doing.
I thought you had to be married in a church. (I’m spiritual, not religious.)
I thought you had to have a billion attendants. (I’ve never had a lot of friends, and I legitimately only speak to one bridesmaid, and she’s my sister… husband only speaks to one groomsman, and – yep – that would be his brother.)
I thought all I had to do was pick out a dress and everything would just ‘work’. (I hated that damn dress. It was a loaner that I bought off a cousin later. It’s still horrendous.)
Turns out, that’s not how it goes. Also turns out that you have a lot more options. AND IT FURTHER turns out that you have me in your corner, working to make sure the ceremony is exactly what you want it to be.
You want fun, silly, loaded with pop culture references?
You want to dress like pirates and swear your loyalty to their booty?
You want elegant and romantic?
You want traditional?
You want me.
I’ve got you covered.
Let me know how I can help.
“A successful marriage requires falling in love many times, always with the same person.”
Yep. This is an important thing you're doing. But there's no reason to be COMPLETELY serious!
With all the grandeur your love deserves.
If "Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today..." has been your dream, let me make it come true. There is absolutely something about those words that invokes all the feels
Are you a little off-beat? A lot? How weird do you want this to get? Don't dare me.
Dedicated to making sure your ceremony is YOURS.
